Product Offerings

Value Guard

Your purchase clients can receive $100,000 in Value Guard equity protection at no cost. They will then be paid up to $10,000 if their local FHFA housing market index declines between their closing date and when they sell in the future – even if they've made a profit.

Lock & Shop Options

With our Lock & Shop and Smart Lock programs, your clients can lock in a low rate before they have a property selected. If they're waiting on new construction, they can take advantage of today’s market by locking in a rate today for up to one year with our Extended Lock program.

Rate Lock Insurance

Your clients can protect themselves from losing a great rate if a sales contract falls through with Rate Lock Insurance. For whatever reason, if they lose the house, they can transfer their rate to the next property.

Property & Borrower Switches

Loan Officers can switch a property address on a lock for a specific borrower or switch a borrower into a lock that has fallen out. The original lock terms and expiration date remain the same.

Forward Commitments

Taking a forward commitment lets a Loan Officer take advantage of great market pricing by locking up to $1 Million at the 45-Day Price and offering their clients a guaranteed rate that the competition doesn’t have.
